Healing

During a healing I attune myself to a limitless energy source at the highest vibration I can reach. I allow this energy to flow through me from my hands to you. Most of the time my hands are between 3 and 18 inches from your body, working in the energy space around you – although I do usually touch your feet part way through the session. I’m not using “my” energy, so a treatment doesn’t deplete me. In fact the reverse happens as some of the energy “sticks” on the way through and energises me too! Nor do I take on anything that you release. I imagine this energy being taken to the centre of the earth or the cosmos where it is transformed and released for reuse – the ultimate in recycling.

After any session, I may give you “homework” of exercises (which may be practical, mental, energetic or emotional) to support and supplement the treatment you have received.
